The kit's subject
This is one of three "early" Tiger kits from Takom, and is the most general one. It is supposed to represent a variety of "early" Tigers. Decals for six distinct tanks are included.
There are enough optional parts to build a standard Early Tiger constructed anywhere in the range January to June 1943. Some parts are provided for Tigers of December 1942, but not all of the necessary parts.
Problems
The instruction guide does not state which parts belong to which decal subject. The illustrations of the paint schemes can be used as guides here, but there are some errors in them. The instructions, parts and decals have a few other mistakes unrelated to the choice of subject.
