"Tiger-1 [ver. LATE]" from Academy

This kit builds a Late Tiger and offers plenty of options for the modifications within the Late period. It has both sizes of idler wheel, both kinds of hull front edge, both kinds of hull rear edge, both kinds of mantlet, and both kinds of muzzle brake. There is only one kind of loader's hatch (forged), and only the final "split" version of the turret roof, though you can modify it for earlier versions without much trouble. There's a spare 25mm turret roof as well, and the kit could be modified to build a Late Tiger of that vintage.

The rear hull wall is less helpful. It's from the "Early Tiger" kit, so it's necessary to fill several holes and remove several details just to make it "Late".

There are ten different decal schemes. They include the Befehlstiger "007" which will require even more modifications to be made because the kit parts don't support this variant.
