Description

Tiger 122 was lost on the night of 22/23 January 1943. A hit caused fuel to leak and the Tiger caught fire. The turret was taken away for possible reuse. A British report states that a turret with 2 pistol ports, numbered 122, was found at the Tunis depot by the Allies. The hull was also found and used for firing tests.
