Description
Tiger 122 of the 501st was dismantled in situ when it burnt out on a mission in Tunisia. The hull was cut apart with a welding torch. Here, we are seeing the cut that was made in its left side upper wall, which is 80mm thick. The wall has discolouration marks that can be seen in an intact photo.
