Description
This is a still image from a few seconds of Allied newsreel, shot in Tunisia. It shows the wreck of a Tiger, clearly the same one as in a photo.
The tank's gun and mantlet lie upside down on the ground near to us. An intake grille from the engine deck is to the right of it. The tank has lost its entire nose and roof, but its rear wall is intact, bearing a bent mudflap that matches a photo of Tiger 01.
