Description
One of s.Pz.Abt. 503's first twenty Tigers, this was an 'Early' version with the unusual thick-wide mantlet. It had a long service life. Renumbered as 241 in the spring of 1943, and upgraded with the new standard turret bin, it was eventually captured by the Soviets in a repair yard along with a number of other Tigers.
