Description
These are fragments of the exploded Tiger 314. Near to us, at the right of the photo, is an upside down piece of the hull roof. We can see the hole where the turret lock used to be. The straight weld line marks where the internal bulkhead was fixed to the roof. Behind that, the front upper hull wall is intact, and the entire gun tube with its mantlet has stayed in one piece also.
This photo is from a set that all show Tiger wreckage. The hull front in this photo can be seen also in a photo of hull wreckage, obviously all from the same tank.
