Description
This is one of the two original Befehlstigers of s.Pz.Abt. 503. Without a view of its turret bin, it's hard to say which one, but it has the unusual feature of a smoke grenade being loaded in the lowest of the three launchers only, something seen earlier on Tiger "II". Several other subtle details that could have distinguished a different Tiger, are the same in both photos.
Since the earlier photos were taken, the tank has been repainted and a storage frame has been welded to the hull side.
