Description
Tiger "800" of Das Reich needed extensive repairs in Germany after its accidental submersion. In this photo it seems to be newly repaired, repainted and perhaps on its way back to the front. The landscape suggests Germany. another photo seems to show its rail journey.
This Sd.Kfz.267 command tank mounts its Fu 5 antenna on the turret and its Fu 8 "star" antenna on the hull. The base for the mast antenna on the hull side is visible.
