Description
This propaganda photo was sold as a postcard during the war. It shows Tiger "812" posed on a rise near a Ukrainian town. This tank has had spare track storage added to its front hull since the previous winter. We have no photographs of any other Tigers from this unit bearing solid white tactical numbers; they may have been applied only to this Tiger for photo shoots.
