Operation Ochsenkopf command post

Kampfgruppe Lang was assembled at great speed on 25 February 1943, with the German high command refusing to delay Operation Ochsenkopf by a single day. Here, we see the battle group travelling from Mateur to Beja the next morning. Col. Lang, the group commander, is in the staff car. The approaching tank is Tiger 131 from s.Pz.Abt.501.
