About this detail of the Tiger
This is an outline of the contents of the kit :
This kit contains some 3D-printed parts.
From the old kit "Tiger 1 Initial Production", this kit inherits the sprues A, B, C, D, E, M, N, T, the individual track links, the hull, the cable, and probably some photo-etch but I don't yet know how much. The turret halves are snipped off the A sprue. A mantlet is also removed, which is odd because only one of the remaining two can possibly be needed. There is an alteration to sprue D as well : the loose tyre and the damaged tyreless roadwheel are snipped off.
From Rye Field's first interior kit "Tiger 1 s.Pz.Abt.503", this kit inherits the sprues H, J, K, O and some photo etch.
This kit has a newly tooled sprue R, available separately as the "Engine pipeline parts". This kit has the new sprues W and S, which include a new one-piece turret shell with a separate internal surface that hints at yet more interior kits in the future.
The kit's decal sheet has tactical numbers for Tigers "112" and "724", which are in fact the same Tiger at different times.
