Description
This is Tiger "143" of s.Pz.Abt.503, one of their first 20 Tigers. The tank appears to be new, with no sign of whitewash or other camouflage, although this unit whitewashed all of their Tigers very early on. The tank appears to have the rare air-heating duct fitted to its rear decking.
We cannot tie this image to other photos of a Tiger "143" except in that its tactical numbers' position and style match other photos.
