Description
Pushed off the road near Volterra, doubtless by an American bulldozer, this Late Tiger of s.Pz.Abt.504 has an interesting feature; the housing on the turret side for the Borgward control antenna.
Another unusual feature is the base plate for a headlight, located at the front right-hand corner of the hull roof. Late Tigers didn't have a headlight in this place. This detail reinforces the impression we get from the tank's underside, that it's a recycled Early hull.
