Description
A Pz.3 captured in Tunisia is unloaded on a dock on Brooklyn, NY. Shipping information has been written on the tank's hull. This and many other German vehicles accompanied Tiger 712 across the Atlantic.
A series of photos shows the vehicles being unloaded. In this photo we can see the Fred Fear food processing factory on Furman St. in Brooklyn, allowing us to locate the ship.
