Tiger at Biazzo Ridge

This Tiger was apparently knocked out while fighting on Biazzo Ridge, July 11 1943. It is sitting on the road from Ponte Dirillo, which puts it in the midst of the high ground that was held by American paratroops.

The location of the Tiger was deduced by examining all of the main roads in the area, of which only one matched the photo. A stone wall in the photo still exists at this spot.
