Description
Tiger "141" was demolished during the battle of Hunt's Gap at the beginning of March, 1943. Apparently it left the road and became stuck in the mud that plagued Operation Ochsenkopf. Recovery was impossible due to the British bombardment of the area.
This is the forward end of the hull, and inside it we can see the gearbox and steering unit. Torsion bars and a brake drum are still attached to the wall.
