Operation Eilbote : Pz.3 near Ksar Lemsa

This Pz.3 and the accompanying vehicles belong to s.Pz.Abt.501. It is 20 January 1943 and they are concealed in trees 1km south of Ksar Lemsa. They are waiting for other forces to catch up with them so that they can launch an attack towards Qusseltia. These same vehicles can be seen in a photo of Tiger 121.
