American scout car and Tiger wreck at Hunt's Gap

A White Scout Car, said to be part of General Patton's command, passes the wreck of Tiger 843 at Hunt's Gap some weeks after its destruction. In May 1943, the road through this wreckage became a main supply route for American forces. The horizon, 3km away, is formed by Djebel Ben Drar, mentioned in "Tigers in Combat 1" as the place where these tanks became stuck.
