Tigers 241 and 243 near Sidi Othman

Tiger 241 followed by 243 are driving from Bizerte to Tunis, early in January 1943. The location is a railway crossing 3km northwest of Sidi Othman. Tiger 241 has a tiny Eiffel Tower fixed to the central track bar, a souvenir of the 2nd company's brief service in France. The line of hedges and the farm buildings at the right help to certify the location of the photo; the farm is known to have existed in 1943.
