Description

A Pz.3 and Tiger 142 are some of the wrecks left behind in the battle for Beja. Now, American troops drive past them. Tiger 142 was knocked out by a Churchill, then demolished. Because the hull was pushed to the side of the road, it's not clear which way the Tiger was travelling when attacked. It is now facing the German positions, but the holes on its turret suggest that it was facing the other way when hit. It may have been knocked out closer to Ksar Mezouar railway station and towed back here.
