Tiger 132 waits to attack Tebourba

Tiger 132 is on a hillside 2km west of Tebourba, on the morning of 3 December 1942. A crewman is reaching down to the spare track links stored on the rear hull.

The main road from Medjez el-Bab runs to the left of the vehicle and can be seen up ahead, leading to Tebourba. By taking this position, the Germans have blocked the main escape route out of the besieged town. After darkness falls, the British vehicles will attempt to escape along the river bank.
