Tiger 11 on the Jedeida bridge

Tiger 11 crosses the old bridge in Jedeida, heading for Tebourba where the Tigers will engage the U.S. First Armoured Division. The rear of the tank has several features unique to the Tigers of the 501 Battalion in Tunisia. The date is 1st December 1942. The next photo on the negative strip shows Tiger 112 approaching the same bridge, only minutes later.
