The Tiger has two radiators. Ustar have put screw caps on both of them. But the right-hand radiator (arrowed) should not have a cap.
The real right-hand radiator had a pressure release valve pointing toward the front of the tank.
Also, the cap on the left-hand radiator did not resemble Ustar's version. It was larger, flatter and hexagonal in shape.
Ustar have molded deep, parallel trenches into the faces of their radiators.
The real radiators were covered by a protective mesh whose weave wouldn't really be visible at 1/48 scale. There are no features here, in the mesh or behind it, corresponding to Ustar's trench spacing.
