In mid 1943 a number of design changes for the Tiger were introduced in a "New Turret". One of the changes was to the shape of its chin area.
This model kit has an error. Its turret has the old, "Early" chin shape, but of course it's supposed to be a "Late" turret.
This is the chin of the turret provided by Trumpeter. I draw your attention to two features: [1] the bottom edge of the wall runs straight along until it meets the chin; and [2] there is a ridge under the chin, whose end shows up as a step with a gentle curve.
Now we are looking at the same spot on a real "Late Tiger". I have pointed out the very small area where the model matches the real thing. To the right of that, the turret wall has been cut away, revealing the underside plate (and making it easier to weld). This is a deliberate design change and we have a German factory drawing to prove it.
Going around to the other side of this museum's Tiger, we can see that the cut becomes even deeper where the chin meets the wall. The ridge is gone and there is no longer a gentle curve. Everything looks slightly different. Even the vertical weld line at the left of the photo has been moved relative to Early turrets.
