This is a panel inside the Trumpeter model. It contains the door of the rear left-hand ammunition bin.
Notice that the door is over to the right of the panel, with a blank solid area to the left.
This is the corresponding panel in a real Tiger. The door is to the left side of the panel, and the blank area is to the right. Trumpeter have placed their door at the wrong position in this panel.
