The Tiger carried an adapter plate to hold the starter handle in line with the engine. When the tank's engine was upgraded to the HL230, the adapter had to be changed because the handle inserted into a different place on the new engine. A second hole was added to the adapter plate, with the original hole being retained for back compatibility.
Takom's CAD shows the original adapter plate on their model, implying that it has the HL210 engine. It would be impossible to start a HL230 with the adapter in this image.
But, certain other features of the CAD image (e.g. the spare tracks on the turret) suggest that this is a late enough Tiger to have the HL230. In particular, we can see an access hatch under the hull that existed only for the sake of the HL230.
Perhaps the final release of the kit will offer a choice of two adapter plates.
