This kit builds a Tiger with two pistol ports on the rear of the turret. Each one has a hole, offset to its side. The kit's instructions tell you to attach the left-side pistol port with its opening to the left, and the right-side port with its opening to the right.
But that is an error. Both of the ports on a Tiger were oriented the same way. Their opening, as seen from outside, was always offset to the left.
This "left offset" is confirmed by almost every relevant photograph. The only exception is Tiger "100" when captured by the Russians, but it is obvious that the Russians disassembled that particular port, so we can assume it was originally like all the other ones.
