About this detail of the Tiger
Rye Field Model's interiors for their Tiger kits provide an internal ammunition load. It includes small bags of MG34 ammunition. The Tiger had racks and hangers dedicated to carrying these bags.
In the front right-hand niche in the hull, this kit has racks for 2 bags on the side wall, 3 at the front and 4 at the back. They are all pointed out in this image from Rye Field's CAD.
But the kit is slightly wrong here. This photo shows the same area in a real Tiger. There is a rack for hanging MG34 ammunition bags (arrowed) and it runs the full length of this niche.
A standard Tiger could carry 3 bags on the front wall of this niche, 8 along the side and only 3 at the back. A Command Tiger (such as "S04") could carry 3 bags on the front wall, 5 along the forward side and none on the rear wall of this niche.
