The Tiger 1 carried some spare antennae in a long metal tube. It was at the rear right-hand corner of the hull, on top of the wall.
The tube had wide section at one end, with a lid. This is a side view of the rear of the Tiger. The tube is on top of the wall, and its wide section (arrowed) overhangs the rear of the hull.
The side wall was not wide enough for the tube, so it overhung the edge. This sketch is looking at it from behind.
The instructions of this kit tell you to place the tube forward of this position, with the wide end to the front. But the tube was not moved forward until S-mine launchers were added to the Tiger. For very early and "initial" Tigers like this one, the instructions are wrong.
