This kit provides a basket of three jerrycans, to be placed on the turret floor. It's a well-detailed item; the basket is made of photo-etch and the jerrycans comprise several parts each. (This example is Trumpeter's but Rye Field's is very similar.)
Unfortunately, Tigers of this version did not have a jerrycan basket. The basket was installed in Tigers in early 1943 but was deleted around September, before this version of Tiger existed.
