The Hachette Tiger Tank model includes the large ammunition bins on either side of the turret. When you lift off the hull top, you can clearly see the shells that are stored 4 deep in these bins.
But the real Tiger had another ammunition bin, at the front, beside the driver. Hachette have represented this bin with a solid block, as you can see in these photos from their own promotional material.
The real bin had a folding door on the driver's side, but on the other side, adjacent to the wall, it had no cover. It should be possible to look into this bin when the model kit is opened. This bin held 6 shells, arranged 2 deep and 3 high.
You can improve the accuracy of your Hachette Tiger Tank by building a realistic ammunition bin for this position, using my own diagrams.
