About this detail of the Tiger
The Tiger's engine hatch had an air intake at the front, which is reproduced in the Hachette kit. But the intake in the kit could be improved.
The hatch actually had 2 intakes; a rectangular one at the front, and a large circular one in the center. This blog photo shows the engine hatch, with the rectangular intake at the far side. As you can see in this blog photo, the corners of the intake are bevelled on the rear side.
But in a real Tiger, it's the front corners that are bevelled, not the rear ones, as you can see here.
You could improve the accuracy of your Hachette Tiger by cutting the roof off this intake and turning it around. Also you could add the three pillars in the mouth of the intake, and the three pillars on the forward side, which you can see here.
