About this detail of the Tiger
The Tiger's tracks were redesigned about half way through its production run. All "Early" Tigers were issued tracks with flat pads on their surface; all "Late" Tigers got tracks with angled cleats.
This kit claims to build an "Early" Tiger but it includes the "Late" tracks. They would appear on an "Early" Tiger only if it were one of a handful of survivors that were upgraded late in the war.
