The Tiger had four large cooling fans at the rear. The fan blade assemblies were identical and could be swapped around as needed. Therefore they all rotated in the same direction.
Border's kit allows you to open the rear gratings, and so they provide the fans which you will see inside (part B12). But Border have made their fans as "mirrored" pairs, rotating in opposite directions.
