The cupola, a prominent part of any Tiger model, is a disappointment in this kit.
The Tiger's cupola is very well known from photographs, with a surviving example at Bovington Museum that gets wide coverage. There are also original German diagrams from the Tiger manual, reproduced in reference books.
But Amusing Hobby don't seem to have used good references for their cupola design. In this photo, I have scaled their one and a real one to be exactly the same height, placed on exactly the same level. There are obvious differences in the sizes of the internal divisions of the tower, with the lowest ring being seriously undersized in the kit.
