The hub of the Tiger's sprocket was redesigned a couple of times at least, before a "flat" version was settled on.
A sprocket hub on Tiger "S04" can be seen in a wartime photo, and it is the same type as used in Tiger "131" of Bovington Museum. Therefore we know it looked like this. The bolts sit in a gently curved dome and protrude only a little beyond its edge.
This sprocket hub part was demonstrated on the kit's first "test shot" which was built to represent Tiger "S04". It therefore should look like the above photo.
But there is a significant difference. The preview model's central dome is smaller in diameter. I don't know if any Tiger hubs ever resembled this part exactly.
Hopefully the final release of the kit will have corrected hubs. It would also be desirable to be given alternative hubs of different types, to support other decal options.
