Early in its development, the Tiger was given shields to surround its mufflers, and metal discs were suspended above the outlets to deflect flames that occasionally emerged.
This is a genuine deflector disc, in a Russian museum. Note that it is attached by ordinary hex-head bolts.
The bolt heads in the kit look rather unusual. Circles protrude above them, as though they were nuts on bolt tails. You can improve accuracy by sanding them down until they resemble ordinary bolt heads.
