The first 30 or so Tigers had narrow front mudguards that did not extend beyond the hull sides. They were made of patterned plate, and more than one pattern has been seen in use.
The instructions specify the wrong choices of front mudguards. These are the correct mudguard patterns, as identified from the best available photos. Unfortunately the pattern for Tiger 122 is not known.
