Every Panzer had a slip-ring connector to link the electrical systems of turret and hull.
With a full-interior kit, the interior can be displayed most easily by removing the turret. The items under the floor then become very prominent, including the slip-ring. This photo shows the ring that Amusing Hobby provide.
This is the type of slip-ring that was installed in Tiger "003" when it was new. [1, see page 6] But "003" was later converted to a Command tank and we don't know if this device was kept, or replaced by a larger one. The slip-ring used in the Panzer IV would be more appropriate.
I can't say which device is correct here. I can only say that the kit provides a crude placeholder that does not resemble the real thing.
