THE ENGINE

Even with the engine hatch open, most of the engine is invisible and inaccessible. Fortunatly there is a Maybach HL230 in display in the engine room at Saumur. It's a HL 230 P30 of a tiger II, but the differences with the tiger 1 engine are very small. This engine was painted with differents colours to show the differents elements : yellow for the fuel circuit , blue for the cooling circuit .
