This is Tiger 131 in Tunisia. According to the IWM records, the date is 6 May 1943, two weeks after the tank was captured.
Damage to the Tiger is visible; the loader's hatch is shattered and the turret lifting point is gouged. But we cannot see its most serious wound; the hull roof under the gun has been split and bent downwards, shattering the radio.
The terrain and the tank's disposition are very similar those in another Tiger 131 photo, and the same weed is visible under the front left-hand track, so we can assume that both photos show the same spot. The white ground behind the Tiger is apparently a road.
